Les Vergers Boiron Purees
Fantastic quality, frozen fruit purees that can be used as sauces as they are or as a base for mousses, souffles, etc.  Flavours available are Lemon, Blackcurrant, Raspberry, Kalamansi (lime).  Specify flavour required when ordering.  1 litre pack.

Mustard Fruits
Italian condiment eaten with cold meat. We use minced with breadcrumbs to form a delicious crust on roast pork fillet. 200g jar
