New! Mid-week demonstration mornings at Brook Hall!
Have you ever wished dinner party cooking could be less last minute and stressful? Steve will take you through the a range of techniques and chef's tips to enable you to produce a delicious, seasonal dinner party while remaining cool and calm as a cucumber. The menu demonstrated will be:
Hot Goat's Cheese Souffle
Pan-Fried Salmon with Herb Puree and Lemon Sabayon
Pear and Almond Tart
Although called demonstrations, these courses will be very interactive with plenty of opportunity to get involved with the cooking, as Steve will invite someone to come up and help at every stage.
They will take place in our ground floor demonstration kitchen, which has a camera and overhead TV screen to ensure everyone can see all that’s going on.

These demonstrations are priced at £90 per person, including a two-course lunch with a glass of wine, for a maximum of 20 guests.
If you can bring a group of 10 or more, we will give the organiser a free place – or if you prefer, the discount can be divided across the whole group.
