Brook Hall Cookery School offers both cookery demonstrations and practical classes. For descriptions of our teaching styles, the contents of each course and timings on the day, please visit our Cookery Courses page.

Our courses for this month are listed below, with current availability (updated nightly) shown in the far right column. To book a course, simply click on the date of the course you have selected and you will be taken to our reservation page.

We have courses for adults and children. Please follow age guidelines for children's courses when making a reservation.

To see a list of the kind of dishes that will be prepared on a course, simply click on the course name. If you are not sure which course will suit you, please give us a ring on 01296 712111.

Multiple Booking and Group Discounts

If you would like to book two or more days at the same time, or wish to make a group booking please contact us.

  • We offer a 10% discount for each additional day booked for any one student, if all days are booked at the same time. Days do not have to be taken consecutively, but can be if you wish.
  • We offer a 10% discount for group bookings of 10 students or more.
