"A big thank you to Steve, Jo and the team for handling the catering for Lynne's birthday so well - the organisation, planning, service, canapes and of course the meal itself were all excellent! And with Steve's entertaining style thrown in! Since the party, so many guests have commented on how delicious the food was and how well it was delivered. Everyone has there favourite canape! We could not have expected more. Highly recommended without reservation to anyone planning a special occasion."

"I have now used Steve and Jo to cater three totally contrasting events: a spoiling and intimate family anniversary lunch, a lively Spanish-themed birthday party and a formal black-tie dinner for 45 people. They accomplished all three with great panache, from unusual and creative menu design, to efficient execution and friendly service. It goes without saying, naturally, that the food was sublime! The house was left immaculate at the end of the evening and I felt as fresh as a daisy the next day (well, almost..) It's hard to go back to the grind and stress of doing everything myself, when I know how much more fun I can have with my friends when Steve and Jo are in command."

"A small “discussion dinner” was organised involving selected leaders from local businesses and government bodies. The evening was based around a specially designed three course sustainable dinner interspersed with “three courses” of conversation on sustainable issues impacting local economic growth. The choice of location and style of event was seen by all as contributing to the lively discussions which were both open and constructive leading the way to further meetings on key issues. "Nick and I were absolutely thrilled by the whole day and the way in which Steve and Joanna cooked, presented and managed the occasion. It was a sophisticated, yet low-key lunch and having spent a lot of time discussing the menu with us at home, and then having a tasting lunch at Brook Hall, the Bulmers excelled themselves on every front. Our guests were enchanted and had never had food cooked and presented to match it. We received the most wonderful letters and friends still refer to it. We cannot reccomend Steve and Joanna highly enough and would be delighted to talk to anyone who is contemplating a similar occasion."
